Sustainability Action Guidelines

At Aakel Inc., each and every employee will act with integrity and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society in accordance with the "Sustainability Action Guidelines".

Regarding Environmental Issues

1. When purchasing company equipment, select products based on their longevity and environmental friendliness whenever possible.

2. Choose snacks and beverages for visitors that bear sustainable certification marks.

3. Carry an eco-bag when shopping and avoid using plastic bags.

4. Avoid buying beverages in plastic bottles and use your own reusable bottle instead.

5. Properly separate trash in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

6. Conserve resources such as water and electricity; avoid waste.

Working Environment

1. Treat co-workers with consideration

   (1) Never engage in harassment of any kind

   (2) Do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, etc.

   (3) Never use corporal punishment

2. Encourage the creation of a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment

3. Act in a way that contributes to the local community

   (When making purchases, buy from local independent companies whenever possible, etc.)
